As an AquaClass® guest, you can enjoy Blu, your own exclusive restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Inspiration Honoring Maritime History. One of the secrets behind the SS United States' speed was the innovative use of lightweight aluminum anywhere possible. She was built almost entirely of fire-resistant or nonflammable materials to keep her safe, light and fast. A truly streamlined ship; that's why there are no draperies or other "soft" decor in our SS United States Restaurant, just like in the original liner.

Inside The Olympic

Inspiration Britain's White Star Line entered RMS Olympic into service in 1911 as the first ocean liner of their Olympic Class. Her sister ship, the RMS Titanic, famously went to sea in 1912. The Olympic was spared her sister's fate, successfully crossing the Atlantic for 24 years, even serving her country as a troopship in World War I. Their RMS Olympic Restaurant actually features French walnut paneling from the A La Carte restaurant on the RMS Olympic. The panels were found in a suburban house in Southport, England. The current owner of the home was willing to sell us the panels, as long as they bought the entire house along with them! The deal was done, and the paneling was carefully removed and put in the hands of craftsmen who restored the faded walnut to its former splendor. Many guests tell us that the Olympic Restaurant one of the most beautiful of their four maritime restaurants.

Inspiration The idea was to create a space with plenty of rustic attitude, but temper it with a contemporary, minimalistic edge. There are lots of masculine and feminine touches, earthy and elegant at the same time.

Cuisine Naturally, beef is a highlight. Their corn-fed, USDA Choice steaks have excellent marbling for added tenderness and juicy flavor. Bone-in veal chops and creamy Parmesan polenta are a specialty you won't find anywhere else. Salmon and sea bass are sent to the table sizzling from the grill. Pastas such as Linguine Alfredo are rich with white wine, garlic cream sauce, chicken, crispy pancetta and Italian parsley.

Inspiration A natural, relaxing and inviting design was the ultimate objective. Silk Harvest is all about the feel. Genuine warmth and a sense of family. The neon signage of Tokyo and Shanghai inspired the designer, RTKL, to combine the bright tones of modern Asian culture with the subdued hues of ancient Asia to create their color palette. Cerise red leather on the black-framed chairs grabs your attention, but serene tones of gold and brown add subtle warmth throughout.

Cuisine Silk Harvest presents an authentic experience with, as always, an emphasis on unparalleled freshness and quality. Our sushi chef prepares rolls and nigiri the instant you order them, and the family-style dishes are brought to you when ready. The waitstaff, all from Asian countries themselves, were delighted to join a restaurant that showcases the cuisine they grew up with and share with their own families.

Inspiration This one of a kind interactive restaurant at sea was inspired by the knowledge that people all over the world enjoy grilling. What can be better than experiencing something that's popular among so many cultures around the world, while relaxing near a lawn of growing grass, surrounded by an endless view of the sea?

Cuisine Through one-on-one interaction with their chefs, you will be the Grill Master and experience a firsthand lesson in proper grilling techniques and other tricks of the grilling trade. Choose from a gourmet salad bar, a la carte "build your own" pizzas and more than 12 grilled specialties including USDA Choice Beef, poultry, seafood and vegetables. The Grill Master who wishes to demonstrate his grilling prowess - or learn a few tips - receives a complimentary apron as a memento.

Inspiration Bistro on Five is designed to be casual enough for a solo breakfast with the day's news, and stylish enough to drop in after the theatre for a dessert crêpe and a glass of wine.

Cuisine Freshly made sweet or savory crêpes are the perfect inspiration for a snack any time; in Europe crêpes are served for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert. Bistro on Five's menu puts a modern twist on traditional crêpes with a wide variety of creative fillings and toppings. There are more than a dozen sweet or savory crêpes on the menu. A fresh soup of the day, Chef or Caesar salads, beef, chicken or vegetable panini, and enticing desserts are all offered as well.

Inside Café al Bacio & Gelateria

Inspiration The design inspiration was drawn from the ambiance of cafés in Vienna and Paris. The color scheme of sepia tones and citrus yellows brings the concept to life. Damask patterns on the ceiling, floor and hanging lampshades are modern applications of the intricate lace work curtains of European cafés.

Cuisine Lavazza, Italy's leading espresso company, provides that irresistible aroma that brings people in for their favorite espresso, cappuccino, latte, mocha or macchiato. If you favor tea, you can choose from over a dozen premium hot teas from the innovative Tea Forté including Estate Darjeeling, Vienna Cinnamon or Jasmine Green, and iced teas that include Pomegranate Blackberry and White Ginger Pear. Morning specialties include almond croissants, pain au chocolate, brioche and boule de Berlin. At lunch time, enjoy light sandwiches such as salmon mousse on pumpernickel or brie with sliced apples on a baguette. Desserts are offered in the afternoon and evening.
