La Dame offers an intimate, luxurious dining experience focused on bespoke regional dishes paired with exceptional wines. Guests can enjoy a six-course menu crafted to highlight the culinary and wine traditions of the world’s most renowned regions. La Terrazza brings Italy’s finest culinary traditions to life, featuring authentic recipes and premium ingredients. Guests can savour buffalo mozzarella from Naples, balsamic vinegar from Umbria, and fresh, hand-made pasta prepared daily onboard. By day, La Terrazza offers buffet-style breakfast and lunch with indoor and al fresco options, while in the evening, it becomes an elegant à la carte Italian restaurant.
The Grill offers a relaxed dining experience on Silver Wind, serving delicious burgers and fresh salads by day. In the evening, it transforms into the popular Hot Rocks table BBQ, where guests can cook their own meals on sizzling volcanic stones.
