Crystal Symphony now offers open seating in the newly named Waterside – formerly the Crystal Dining Room - with an abundance of tables for two and four, and menus of both classic favorites and progressive Modern Cuisine specialties. The Crystal Dining Room on board Crystal Serenity will be also be renamed Waterside, with its brand new open-seating concept, in November of 2018.
